I had this company clear out junk from a rental property. They met me first to go over the details which was very important to me. They scheduled a time and completed the job when they said they would. When I double checked their work they were nice enough at their cost to take of some things that were missed either on my part or theirs. They did an excellent job I would recommend them to anyone.

The thing that got me to try Calvert in the first place was that they use a soft wash system. I wasn't crazy about the idea of high-pressure systems that other companies use on the house. My deck is composite Trex that grabs dirt and holds onto it. Not anymore and the white trim and white railing are sparkling again. Could not be happier. Calvert Clean up did a great job in pressure washing my newly purchased house that hadn't been touched in 10 years. There was green algae growing on the siding and windows. After he was done the house looked brand new. The price was a lot less than I expected for a 6500 square foot house.

They were able to handle our needs and had their own water supply, which was exactly what we needed. Zac Calvert was very professional, knowledgeable and arrived on time. He has all of the necessary equipment to perform excellent and careful work on wood, vinyl and aluminum exterior surfaces. He also cleaned my concrete patios and driveway. Overall, all of his work was exceptional and I highly recommend Calvert Clean Up.

After recent rains, my husband Scott called Zac to come out and clean our gutters. He came out very quickly and did an excellent job. He also screwed down some errant shingles while he was on the roof. My husband was so pleased at the price and job quality that he scheduled him for something else next week.

Working with Zach was easy breezy! His communication was swift, as well as his ability to come up who a joy to provide a quote and get started on work. We worked with him on a light patio restoration (power washing moss in btwn pavers, re-sanding, and sealing) as well as some pressure washing of areas on our siding.
